With 300 employees across 10 offices, our recent growth has resulted in a need for the number of visuals and storytelling assets required to serve our clients. As the demand for high-impact graphics has grown, a need has emerged to add a full-time person to the firm focused on creating these materials for use across the entire practice. The graphic designer will oversee all design outputs to ensure they adhere to brand standards and will create graphics, visuals, and presentations to set the standard for how we communicate our work to broad audiences. • Understand strategic intent of projects and audience/client goals. • Actively coach and mentor creative talent, helping develop their skills and performance.
