• Collaborate with director, assistant director, team and/or various departments to brainstorm, develop and edit a variety of collateral materials, pieces, promotions or campaigns, including designs for print and digital. • Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, other departments to ensure designs meet project goals and align with brand guidelines under the direction of the Assistant Director - Marketing. • Manage the design, layout and send of the College's enewsletter and other digital communications to internal and external stakeholders in partnership with other marketing team members. • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field preferred OR Associated degree in graphic design, marketing or related field combined with equivalent years of work experience. • One-three years of graphic design work experience is required, preferably with an in-house marketing department or collaborative team environment • One year of digital marketing or related work experience
