Your Accountabilities in the Role: • Receives and reviews design direction from the customer or from internal areas, ensuring understanding of specifications. • Collaborates and brainstorms with other designers and the Art Director to create a finished presentation for the customer. • Submits the final designs to Sales or the Art Director, based on the project, for presentation to Customer. • Once the design is approved, communicates with digital pre-press personnel to ensure graphic designs will be produced that meet the desired specifications. • Culture Match Behaviors: Likes to work independently and with a thoughtful, caring team; enjoys collaborating with others; can listen to others, learn quickly, and be independent to get the job done, yet flexible to adjust to the schedule or pace to meet the needs of the department, while making good decisions, is highly important to our team.
