Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Art Director, the Graphic Designer will join our growing creative team and will be responsible for designing a wide variety of digital and print collateral, collaborating across disciplines and departments to tackle challenges from... conception to launch. This is a hybrid/in-person opportunity; only candidates who are able to work in or relocate to the Boca Raton, FL area will be considered. • Collaborate within teams to design unique solutions for a variety of projects • Deliver a consistently high standard of work while meeting deadlines • Support the GRUBBRR brand with internal design resources such as social media graphics, sales collateral, presentations, emails, website content, and more! • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field • 2+ years of experience in design focused on creating digital and print marketing assets (In-house or agency experience preferred) • Strong portfolio showcasing varied and impactful work • A self-motivated, conceptual thinker who is open to feedback and eager to collaborate • Demonstrated ability to design marketing materials for a range of brand styles. • Strong grasp of user experience design, information architecture, and prototyping • Interaction design experience including creating high-fidelity prototypes (Figma or XD) • Functional knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML and CSS) • Familiarity with content management and eCommerce solutions such as WordPress • Experience creating video, animation, and/or motion graphics • Working knowledge of email marketing programs (SendGrid, MailChimp, Active Campaign, etc.)
