You'll have the chance to pitch your concepts through mood boards and examples, and you'll be encouraged to contribute beyond design tasks, whether it's in agency projects or client interactions. • Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to handle deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a collaborative team • Ability to take direction and accept feedback from Project Lead and Creative Director • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized • Illustration, animation, photo and video experience is a plus • Web design and email design experience is a plus • Candidates must be local to Orlando and able to work in-office Be a member of a small agency team that serves a variety of clients.
