Graphic Designer

You must thrive in a fast-paced team environment and will help guide and build a strong brand identity and presence in all areas of print and web. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Art, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts (preferred) • 2+ years of professional design experience (required) • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop • Demonstrated experience designing digital content and collateral • Photography and Illustration skills a plus • Deadline and detail-oriented • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Goal-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, continuous learner · Collaborates with design team to produce/launch final products/events · Uses feedback from other designers and the marketing department to improve · Special projects and other assigned tasks' ' Job Duties: • Draft mockups of website designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required • Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mockups are effective, and use their feedback to develop final drafts • Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials • Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines • Communicate frequently with clients to update them on the progress of the project and to answer any questions they might have • Other duties as requested
