Key Responsibilities Design marketing emails, ad campaigns, identity systems, in-house communications, and other collateral consistent with the brand... image Collaborate with creative and marketing team members across various channels including social, digital, and email Participate in design reviews, contribute to a culture of design criticism, and mentorship Required Qualifications and Education 3 years of experience as a creative graphic designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment Online portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful design process and production expertise across various formats Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Design, Advertising, Communication Design, or equivalent work experience Proficiency in design software (Adobe CC, Figma, GSuite, CMS tool) and animation skills are desired Experience with information design, visual hierarchy, page layout, typography, 2D design principles, and color theoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
