Graphic Designer

You will be working on a variety of projects in a face-paced corporate environment and traveling to stores, your primary focus will be on creating visual interiors, displays, in-store signage and other special brand projects. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their retail experience and graphic design skills, love of fashion, home furnishings, design and attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines. Responsibilities Include: • Collaborate with the brand, sales, merchandising and marketing teams to create visually striking designs for interiors, in-store displays and marketing and advertising materials such as brand style guides, pop, signs, banners, posters, brochures, manuals, flyers, and special event advertisements • Develop and execute creative concepts for interiors and in-store displays. • Design and maintain the visual aspects of our website, including in-store banners, product signage, and sale pop • Ensure all designs align with the brand's style guides and visual identity • Assist in the development of brand graphics and illustrations for promotional purposes • Stay up-to-date with furniture industry trends, competitor activities, and design techniques to ensure our brand remains relevant and ahead of the curve • Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs in print and digital formats Requirements • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience • Experience designing for a retail environment • Fully Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch up, AutoCAD) • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles • Creative copywriting ability • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and self-check work for typos, copy changes, brand standards in a fast-paced environment • Can receive creative feedback and implement quick turnaround changes
