Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at SaltWorks, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. Responsibilities: • Develop and design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms • Create and maintain brand consistency across all design projects • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics • Familiarity with web design and social media platforms is a plus In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer.
