This position will create concepts, design and execute retail and direct mail pieces whose messages are visually compelling; execute the creative strategy, and ensure that projects are completed on established schedule targets.Responsibilities:Must be able to define work based on... evaluation of short-term and long-term goals of the department.Able to independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate them into overall work objectives.Develops creative and graphic concepts (for web and print) in collaboration with the assigned team.Follows projects throughout all stages of print production and/or online deployment.Provides production support to produce technically correct, print-ready mechanicals for release.Interacts regularly with creative leadership, creative partners, and other team members as needed for completion of assigned projectsInterprets marketing ideas and turns them into visual reality at a world-class levelReceives feedback from management and uses that feedback to grow skillsSolves business challenges through marketing and smart creative designTakes ownership of projects, and successfully executes through all stages of creative development on target, on time, and on budgetMaintain and enhance the client’s identity by working creatively within the corporate Brand.Understands the client’s design needs and methodologyEffective communication with peers, senior management, and clients across all topics from business to creative.Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in discipline related to function of work with 5 years of relevant work experiencePossesses a strong developing portfolio of imaginative work Well-versed on Macintosh platform (OSX) and industry-standard applications: Adobe CC, with MS Office and HTML a plusNew ideas, great design sense, copywriting skills a plusOrganizational skills, adaptability, and composure under fire are equally importantExcellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective client and internal relationshipsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to listen for understanding to execute the work according to the customers & needsStrong project management skills, organizational skills, and time-management skillsAble to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know about decisions/actions/problems.Must be able to modify communication style both formal and informal to match the appropriate level of the audience targetedAdditional InformationThe national pay range for this role is $51900- $91500 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee.
