• Work with proposal project teams to develop compelling, engaging, and persuasive design solutions and layouts for proposal documents using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) that align with proposal objectives and the target audience. • Logically organize and structure proposal document sections and page layouts to flow and align with RFQ/RFP procurement instructions and document set-up requirements. • Perform document reviews and quality control checks to ensure layout themes and design styles are standardized and uniform across the proposal document and are compliant with RFQ/RFP procurement instructions. • Work primarily in an office environment.
