Graphic Designer

Cincinnati Children’s is looking for an experienced designer to join our internal creative services team. Reporting to the Lead Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions that align with the company's brand and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, and experience executing in digital design spaces—bonus points if you have some experience in motion design (experience in print and other media is great too). · Organize and maintain design files and assets as needed · Be able to talk passionately and knowledgeably about the work with an understanding of the business challenges that design can solve
