The Position (in priority order) • Edit high-level print direct mail pieces and digital designs such as animated gifs • Modifying designs as often as needed to meet the expectations of the company and the client... • Preparing print and digital projects for delivery/production • Multitasking to quickly and seamlessly jump from one project to the next Professional Background • 2-5 years of experience • Four-year degree preferred • High level of proficiency and efficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop) • Experience across print and digital mediums Personal Qualities • Cultural fit with the company and its leaders • Self-starter and independent thinker • Excellent verbal and written communicator • Ability to understand and collaborate on operation efficiency • Highly accountable and committed to work tight deadlines where necessary • Highest personal integrity and personal/professional ethics • Demonstrated ability to work with and across multiple functions • Engenders trust with peers and associates in the organization • Quick learner who is willing to study the inner workings of the company • Demonstrates strong instincts and intuition
