The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders to identify leadership needs, develop comprehensive programs, and measure the impact of initiatives. • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of leadership development curriculum and programs and make data- driven recommendations for continuous improvement. • 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership development programs.
