Essential Job Functions • Collaborate with marketing teammates to support RMC, content marketing that communicate consistent company brand identity and mission. • Collaborate with other RMC departments to support and develop design communication assets that communicate company brand identity values, vision and mission • Develop new ideas for design and content creation • Maintain marketing communication guidelines for the Company, i.e., use of Company logos in written and other visual communications • Ensure that the "look and feel" of different product line materials is consistent with Company standards across all media including Internet and Internal communications • Project management to include writing, editing, copying, design and layout • Collaborate with marketing teammates on trade show activities and involvements, including pre-show promotions and the development of booth graphics based on interviews with marketing managers • Answer questions and provide support materials for sales personnel, distributors, and customers • Keep abreast of the latest industry developments • Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties, as may be assigned • One year developing, designing, and implementing business-to-business marketing communications; experience marketing for manufacturing firm preferred • Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and promotion fundamentals The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
