Graphic Designer

Want to work with the “Tallahassee's Small Agency of the Year?” Then you are the person we are looking for. We are looking for a full-time designer with 4+ years experience. Responsibilities • Study design briefs and determine requirements • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements • Help lead creative projects from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and helping direct the creative process • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand • Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design • Test graphics across various media • Work with other designers • Amend designs after feedback • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand • Other projects/duties as assigned Qualifications • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc) • Fearless attitude towards technology and a willingness to learn • Ability to work quickly and handle multiple projects at once while maintaining organization and deadlines • Collaborative with a self-starting team spirit • Maintain familiarity with digital trends and other relevant media • Ability to receive design feedback and direction fluidly but be able to voice your opinion on style and aesthetic • Attention to detail is a must • Web design experience is a plus • Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, Adobe XD, Figma or Webflow, a plus • A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus • 4+ years of design experience preferred • Portfolio of work • Pay depends upon experience.
