Graphic Designer

Understand the companys overall concept, including our brands, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of services • Conceptualize, design, and deliver compelling creative within tight deadlines while multitasking on various projects Plan and execute new projects under the supervision of Creative Director • Build creative for new product launches, sales collateral, email campaigns, and more • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution • Study creative briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic • Work with copywriters, vendors and creative director to produce final design as required • Deliver graphic design work on assigned projects: creative conception, sketching, design, feedback, iteration, and final delivery that are visually appealing and on-brand • Amend designs after feedback • Manage and adhere to strict timelines for the production of graphics Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of graphic design experience at agencies, studios, or in-house • Strong understanding of steps necessary to take a project from concept to launch • Expert-level skill with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) • Experience creating materials in a variety of formats, including web, email, and social • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment • Demonstrated ability to navigate working well independently as well as with a team • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Proven ability to solve problems creatively • Willingness to quickly learn project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Benefits & Perks • Please email your resume and portfolio to bnmiller@apexsystems.com if you are interested!
