Essential Functions: • Create and design various materials for both digital and print • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals • Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity • Ability to clearly communicate reasoning behind design choices • Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects • Create compelling social media graphics and engaging videos • Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points. • Uphold the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club's brand, culture, vision, mission, and values. Knowledge of Wordpress, web design and user experience is a plus. • License, Registration, and/or Certification Required: n/a External and Internal Personal Contact: • Communications: • Daily - communication with Director of Marketing • Weekly - collaboration with Marketing department and outside agencies • Occasionally - Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions • Teamwork and Collaboration: This position requires continuous teamwork as well as internal and cross-departmental communication.
