• Collaborating with the marketing and product team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored presentations for sales enablement. • Understanding of business objectives and how to apply design principles to elevate brand communications. • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics • Knowledge of Project Management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or equivalent. • Requires basic knowledge of residential real estate industry • Experience in print, web and presentation design • Must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative team environment • Must be comfortable following design direction and implementing changes, while producing high quality designs and meeting tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills : can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions • Ability to conceptualize and synthesize complex ideas into simple, informative visuals • Ability to interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Detail oriented and organized • Impeccable time-management skills • This position requires that you present a portfolio of past projects as part of your application. • Strong Graphic Design background with strong design aesthetics and principles.
