What you’ll do: • Manage multiple projects from conceptualization through completion • Develop creative design concepts, such as digital, marketing, and in-restaurant collateral • Create and implement concepts that enhance the digital user experience • Conceptualize creative for digital, marketing and in-restaurant collateral • Design (either original or modify existing) branding, branded collateral, restaurant promotional material, advertising, large format and event collateral • Collaborate with Digital and Brand teams on creative projects • Perform image and video editing, manipulation, and color correction • Organize and curate resource library and assist in requests for brand assets Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field from a University or an Accredited Art School; or AA in Graphic Design with relative experience; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 2+ years of graphic design experience • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)required • Strong understanding of the production process and graphic design principles • Ability to manage multiple projects creatively, efficiently, and thoroughly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to manage multiple projects creatively, efficiently, and thoroughly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Demonstrated track record of excellence in marketing communications. Preferences: • Background in designing for and/or adapting designs for the digital environment, including UI/UX experience preferred • Experience with large format/event design a plus • Experience with video editing and video editing software (Premiere Pro and After Effects) a plus
