The right candidate will be acreative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to support our design efforts across various digital and print platforms. They will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles, proficiency in industry-standard design software, and a passion for creating visually compelling assets that engage and inspire our audience. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with a variety of internal teams to develop and execute visual concepts for digital projects, including website graphics, social media assets, email campaigns, digital ads, and more Create original designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements that enhance user experience and drive engagement Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements and deadlines Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our digital assets Effectively communicate and present design concepts, ideas, and solutions to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process as needed Work closely with cross-functional teams to support their design needs and contribute to overall project success Collaborate with printers and internal customers to ensure the successful execution and timely delivery of print jobs, adhering to quality standards and project specifications.
