In the role of Graphic Designer 2, we'll count on you to: • Plan, manage and deliver projects from concept through deliverables. Required Qualifications • Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts or related field of study or equivalent experience • A minimum of 5 years professional experience • Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Outlook) • Ability to design a wide variety of styles • Additional skills may include Premiere, After Effects, Dreamweaver, HTML, JavaScript and CSS; offset printing/digital printing/color correction • Eye for design details, such as typography, alignment, hierarchy, etc • Strong portfolio showing design experience • Customer service • Communication skills • Flexibility • Time management • Project management • Attention to detail • Negotiation skills • Leadership • Multitasking • Teamwork • Understanding of branding/brand development, communications and research • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must • Ability to travel Why HDR Primary Location: United States-Kentucky-Louisville
