• Liaison to editorial, art, and teams. • Design and layout of all aspects of print and digital magazines including creating features, editorial pages, sections, and departments... • Creating custom client ads and newsletters, house ads and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. • Photo Adjustment and Editing • Creating and preflighting PDFX1a files • Maintaining an organized file structure • Associates Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related experience • 2 years experience • A good eye for design and typography • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and titles simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) • Knowledge of Macintosh OSX • Knowledge of PitStop Pro • Ability to handle all phases of magazine layout and production • Ability to solve problems creatively.
