Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in digital marketing, has an enthusiasm for the Georgia Lottery brand and can deliver effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, interactive content, email promotional creative, social media graphics, and digital banner ads. The Graphic Designer position will be focused on optimizing the customer experience by working on a wide range of marketing outputs including branded content, emails, social media graphics and videos, paid digital ads and developing website content and identifying unique and creative ways to profitably engage customers on the website. • Create the following content: email graphics, paid ads, organic ads, social media graphics, motion graphics/animation, video content, website graphics (for a variety of formats including web copy, social media, blogs, online contests, paid ads, and email communications) • Look to continuously improve the online experiences of this target audience through, site enhancements, marketing campaigns and creative content. • Design and develop the website through suggestions from the team, always keeping the goals for the site and needs of the customer in mind. • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or content creation • Highly experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Premiere Pro, Animate (or a software equivalent) • Familiarity with social media channels Facebook, Instagram, Twitter • Familiarity with HTML/CSS • Experienced with creating content in Canva • Ability to navigate CMS (AEM knowledge is a plus) • Excellent project management, collaboration skills with the ability to drive results • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising creativity and quality • Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the group • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Must be fluent in English • Able to pass a Security Background Check
