The Graphic Designer will support the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington. Responsibilities Include: • Coordinating print production schedules, specifications, and work-order reports for various print design products, including posters, signage, presentations, and other print media • Assisting in facilitating relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective production of print materials • Producing high-quality presentations and other print media-based content, collaborating closely with design staff to assist in content creation and refinement • Working with design teams to develop and refine graphic content for print materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design standards • Maintaining a current print production archive categorized for both public and non-public release • Ensuring all print products are properly archived with metadata within two business days on the designated Code 103 digital library Required Qualifications and Skills: • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in print design, layout, and typography • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and other relevant design software • Familiarity with print production processes, specifications, and best practices for large-scale print shop operations • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines • Meticulous attention to detail in design execution, ensuring accuracy and quality in all print materials • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a creative team environment These regulations prohibit discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
