Graphic Designer

Evolve & Co is a team of brand, reputation, research and digital strategists who drive award-winning creative communication strategies. Who You Are: What You Get To Do: • Own the development process for all visual and production design needs at Evolve & Co (print and digital) from ideation to completion. • Collaborate with the President and Senior Brand Manager to develop design concepts and visual campaigns for multiple clients • Utilize Adobe Suite software and work with a wide variety of media • Edit videos for social media, press, websites, and more • Adhere to brand guidelines for existing clients and complete projects according to deadline • Develop the visual design, layout and formatting of assets and design systems across a variety of formats including, but not limited to: email templates, social media visual content, print collateral (direct mailers, signage, posters, menus, etc), client websites, newsletters, and infographics for new clientele • Work independently to develop and deliver graphics that create consistency, and increase awareness of our client brands • Communication with external vendors, mainly but not limited to print materials, server manager, and videographers • Retouch, edit, and manipulate images using Lightroom and Photoshop • Design, update and edit websites using WordPress • Receive feedback from the Senior Brand Manager and President and make necessary changes We’d love to see: • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications (such as Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design or equivalent programs) • 1-2+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design with a well-rounded portfolio showcasing this experience • Previous experience building brand identities and developing/working with Brand Guidelines • Strong understanding of design systems and principles and eye for detail & aesthetic • Experience building and delivering print-ready files • Fluent in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop) and Canva • Experience with Asana and Google Drive is a plus, but not required • Animation skills are a huge plus, but not required • Experience designing for email (Constant Contact) and web design (WordPress) is preferred • High ownership and autonomy • Excellent time management skills and experience working on multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail • You’re an independent self-starter who is looking for a high level of creative responsibility • Flexible, resourceful, and communicative.
