Discovery Senior Living is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our home office team in Bonita Springs, FL. Develop brand specific brochures, flyers, direct mail, program materials and stationary packets Develop print and digital advertisements Manage portfolio brand standards Manage corporate marketing program brand standards Manage communications with strategists, opening new projects, reviewing revisions and meeting deadlines Work in partnership with VP of Marketing on special assignments Track and analyze job time, expenses and recommend efficiencies Execute and meet the strategic objectives set by the VP of Marketing, on time and within budget, including assistance with developing job time tracking, job trafficking and technology assets Other duties as assigned Minimum of five years' experience designing various marketing and sales materials Bachelor's degree in related field Strong design experience and portfolio Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Acrobat Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and a basic knowledge of database marketing Basic understanding of workflow software and deliverables Multimedia, video and photo editing knowledge preferred 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Day shift Are you 18 years of age or older?.
