Graphic Designer

You’ll collaborate with a small team to design communications for large, national companies. This is a remote work position that requires excellent time management. Responsibilities: • Create engaging designs (print and digital) for various communication campaigns • Handle projects from start to finish, including multiple rounds of edits • Engage and collaborate with other team members throughout the design process • Adhere to clients’ branding guidelines and design preferences, revise based on feedback • Prepare design files for production and coordinate with printer Qualifications and requirements: • Design portfolio needs to show examples of layout, typography, composition and color • Experience and comprehensive understanding of Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat • Experience with web design • Microsoft Word and PowerPoint proficiency • Flexibility, patience and a sense of humor • Deadline- and detail-oriented • Self-motivated with excellent time management Company Description We're a small, tight-knit team of HR communication professionals in the Seattle area.
