4.Designs visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software. 5.Selects colors, fonts, photos, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts. 6.Collaborates with creative director and marketing team to create media. 8.Negotiate on the hospital’s behalf for all print and creative deliverables Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite • Solid knowledge of design and visual principles • Ability to evaluate choices critically with UMC’s needs in mind • Ability to communicate design choices clearly • Great multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure • Knowledge of print production and purchasing of printing services, including signage
