The Graphic Designer role will be responsible with the design of new products including but not limited to creation of marketing related materials and collateral in a variety of mediums including; printing labels, brand creation, three dimensional design such as packaging and apparel, corporate advertising, internal and external communication in various formats, and creating engaging graphics and multimedia content for both print and digital platforms. The employee in this role must be a creative, analytical thinker with the ability to appropriately shift priorities throughout the workday and on short notice, communicate effectively and efficiently with others, and produce a high volume of quality work within a dynamic and fast paced environment on tight deadlines. Essential Functions: • Create all designs, layouts, mockups and files for internal brands projects as needed. Skills: • Demonstrated proficiency in creative design, with a discerning eye for brand appropriateness • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, Adobe XD, Sketch, PowerPoint, Google docs and slides, Excel, and Microsoft word • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign • Proficiency in video animation software • Proficiency and experience in product and packaging design • Prior experience in industry specific to Corporate Advertising • Familiarity with consumer buying trends and current market trends • Ability to stay on brand while simultaneously designing for several brands and styles • Design experience with web, print, packaging, product design, promotions, social media, fonts, letterhead, business cards, newsletters, internal communications, newsletters, email blasts, marketing collateral, retail display, trade show materials, pitch decks, billboards, advertising, print/digital articles, promotional materials, PowerPoint presentations, stationary, labeling, apparel, style guides, and consumer accessories • Able to work in a variety of mediums and create files for any need • Familiarity with UI and UX for design layout and product packaging • Familiarity with vertically integrated companies including operations, distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, and retail • Intuitive grasp of the impact of design on consumer buying habits • Interested in advanced technological solutions for marketing to consumers and for internal tools • Must be familiar and comfortable with using technology for communication such as Skype, Zoom, and Google for video, screen sharing, and remote communication needs • Ability to manage one’s own schedule and priorities
