Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our US Marketing Communications Team in Indianapolis, Indiana! What You'll Do: • Design and execute compelling assets and layout of all forms of printed matter including comprehensive campaigns featuring booklets, brochures, newsletters, posters, flyers, exhibits as well as supporting materials such as presentations, illustrations, maps, icons, and logos • Network and share best practices with other members of the graphic design team to leverage ideas and materials across businesses and support cross-business communication efforts as needed • Be an active brand asset management steward, encouraging adherence to all legal and branding guidelines for all Corteva brands • Comply with brand requirements across our Crop Protection, Seed, and Specialty brands • Think creatively and develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing efforts • Participate in creative team meetings and come prepared to discuss challenges and practical solutions • Work with Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Communications Specialists, Tradeshow/Events, and other stakeholders to meet campaign delivery schedules • Monitor developments in the design industry, keeping up to date on the latest creative trends What Skills You Need: • You possess three (3) years of graphic design experience • Expert with Adobe Creative Suite • Previous experience and understanding of Business to Business (B2B) digital marketing concepts • Knowledge of video editing and graphics (Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects) • Expert in retouching, photo manipulation, and composite skills • Experience in animation, illustration, storyboard development a plus • Strong in digital file organization • You have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Knowledge and passion of the digital media landscape and social media platforms • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet aggressive deadlines • You are comfortable with technology and possess excellent computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ), and are willing and able to learn other company-specific applications as required • You are an effective communicator and have proven experience working successfully within a fast paced, detail orientated, and team environment
