Looking for an ambitious, task-oriented, detailed person to be a part of our growing creative team. This role will focus heavily on conversion rates for digital ads, as well as a focus on large-scale marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design trends and software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Key Responsibilities: • Translate strategic direction into high-quality print and digital design within an established brand identity • Develop concepts with software or by hand and create content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery and layout • Manage all design files and assets in an organized manner using the current company standards and processes • Use trend intelligence and knowledge of current markets when designing • Timely and accurate edits that abide by company guidelines and do not cause new added revisions or edits • Work with multiple departments on fulfilling their design requests Required Skills: • 2-3 or more years of experience (professional) with design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat Pro • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook • Attention to detail is a must • Desire to keep building skill set, learning, growing and accepting increasing levels of responsibility • Exceptional creativity, problem-solving and innovative design skills • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
