To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Functions • Develop, create, and implement print and digital campaigns • Project manage design projects working closely with Marketing Director, General Manager, Sales and Marketing, and other team members • Produce marketing materials of all sorts, and support the sales function with assets • Act as a brand champion and lead brand guidelines and initiatives • Proactively develop internal and external signage and graphics • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs • Create graphics as needed/requested • Edit videos, create motion graphics • Maintain brand integrity • Take and edit photos, and lead asset management To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience. • Bachelors degree (graphic design, marketing, or other related field) • 5 or more years of experience graphic design • Strong teamwork, communication, written, and verbal skills • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
