Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer – 3D Artist produces original yet stable 3D designs and artworks to be used in catalogs, ads, flyers, banners, signage, product labels, logos, animations, and GIFs.
Essential Function and Responsibilities:
Creates attractive creative 3D pieces based on existing layouts Ensures that deadlines are met according to scheduleMaintains visual consistency of the company brands to meet marketing goalsAssists in enhancing the visual brand standards and departmental processesCollaborates with team members to meet deadlinesOrganizes and maintains electronic files and project folders for effective archival and retrievalPartners with Product Managers, Management team, and vendorsComplies with company policies and proceduresSupports the Company’s Safety ProgramsActs as an ambassador and champion of the company culture, ethics, and valuesPerforms any other functions and duties assigned and necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of Market America.
Education & Experience:
Two- or four-year degree in Graphic Design or Bachelor of Fine ArtsFour years of experience in professional graphic design in print, print production, typography, color and layout, and spot color workExperience in 3D rendering is a mustComputer/Communication Skills:
Proficient use of MS Office Products, Adobe Creative Suite, and Mac OSX platformProven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretionThrives under pressure of deadlines and changing prioritiesAbility to get along and work with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, flexible Prioritizes and models good communication skills; follows up, timely responses, proactive and positive in approachAbove moderate to high levels in reading comprehension, writing, and speaking in English; active listening; attention to detail; critical thinking; creative problem solving; complex problem solving; and judgment.Ability to establish credibility and be decisive—but is able to recognize and support senior management’s preferences and priorities to advance the organizationResults and people oriented, with judgment to balance other business considerationsService oriented, but assertive/persuasive.Travel:

Long and odd hours-- particularly around major projectsNormal office environment with little exposure to dust and weather conditions prevalent at the time (i.e., cold hot/humid)Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinetsMay require visits to the Warehouse area- where employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, dust, and mild noise levelsRegularly required to talk, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach with hands and arms, stoop kneel and crouchRaise and lower an object from one level to the another, less than 20 lbs.
