Graphic Designer

Verano is looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with a keen visual sense and passion for all things design. The junior graphic designer will assist the senior designers and other team members in creating digital and print content for our retail and consumer brands. Must have the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities... • Create visual concepts and graphics using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools (Figma and Canva). Working knowledge of motion graphics and web design principles is a bonus • Design layouts, illustrations and other artwork for various mediums, including print and digital platforms • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives for various design projects • Ensure consistency in brand identity and adherence to brand guidelines across all projects • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting demanding deadlines • Occasionally assisting with other design-related tasks or projects as needed by the team or organization
