RED GAMES Co is an innovative game development studio based in Santa Monica, CA and Salt Lake City, UT with over 10 years experience developing original IP and games in partnership with the world's leading toy and entertainment companies, including LEGO, Hasbro, Crayola, Universal, A&E, OWN/Discovery Networks, and Nickelodeon Red Games Co. is looking for a highly adaptive, creative and inspiring Graphic Designer to be an integral part of our Casual Games team. Roles and Responsibilities: + Produce highly polished in-game marketing art assets for content in our casual games + Play a key role in attracting and retaining players through savvy marketing- and retention-focused design + Design creative event themes and in-game assets such as playing card decks, event maps, badges, and quote cards. + Create App Store screenshot sets and App Icon variations for our titles + Create custom logos... and icons + Use sophisticated prompting strategies with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney to curate specific art assets for building custom compositions + Rapidly convey imaginative ideas through concept sketches + Participate in product brainstorming sessions to help grow our games + Strong understanding of: + Color + Lighting + Composition + Design Aesthetics + Iconography + Graphic Design + Work with developers and animators to implement artwork + Collaborate with different teams including 3D, animation, and engineering + Video editing, motion graphics, and 2D animation are a plus Requirements: + 3 to 5+ years work experience designing preferably for agency style design focus + Fundamental knowledge of marketing strategies and attracting players to engage through design + Able to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, high fidelity comps, and prototypes + Passion for designing and playing games + Enthusiasm for an iterative design process, inspired by group critique Powered by JazzHR To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
