Ensure that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices. The Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Services Manager and work closely with other Marketing Team members and external agency partners to deliver projects on time and on budget. Create visually pleasing graphics to support the Marketing Department including: • Product Launch collateral (POS and Digital) materials from Agency Creative • Implement creative into support materials • Create event posters, flyers and digital support materials as needed • Trade Partner advertising materials (print and digital) • Campaign Support (Brand campaign, Portfolio campaigns, Giveaways etc) • Create Fan merch apparel and accessory designs • In-Store Display updates and creative • Work with Creative Services Manager to approve printed physical samples Work with Sales and Marketing Team to create various Dealer Support items including: • Work with Channel Marketing Manager on Marketing collateral for the Sales Team • Dealer collateral materials (notepads, event collateral, inserts) • In-Store Festool marketing (signage, wall wraps and window clings) • Flyers and sell-in support materials (sell-sheets) Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required • 2-4 years' experience in Graphic Design • Experience with various types of printing on different materials • Must be able to adhere to Brand Guidelines • Knowledge of the printing process and color.
