Job Description Summary Graphic Designer - Capital Markets Team Responsibilities: • Executes the strategic vision of property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, Marketing partners and COE team leadership • Responsible for providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under tight deadlines • Design and format marketing materials including property brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, brokers opinion of values (BOV), presentations, and other graphics in a highly efficient manner • Comfortable developing bespoke brand styles and visual designs as well as working on templated deliverables • Oversee all creative aspects of production and quality control, communicating progress to Marketing Specialists and liaising with Marketing leadership as needed • Demonstrate a high level of production skill and understanding of the creative process • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including marketing collateral and long format design Cushman & Wakefield is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
