What You Will... Be Expected To Do As A Graphic Designer: • Work independently without detailed creative direction to concept and execute original design work while conforming to Tucker brand standards • Select colors, images, textures and shapes to create layouts; select the size and arrangement of the different elements • Employ color, type, illustration, photography, and various print and layout techniques when designing projects • Communicate & collaborate with writers, other designers, and managers to achieve business goals and objectives through creative marketing efforts • Create/design promotional items, marketing information and other items as requested to include agendas, brochures, collateral, flyers, giveaways, invitations, whitepapers, email images, etc. You will also enjoy a collaborative work environment where we celebrate success and hold one another accountable for results. What We Are Looking For: • 3 years’ experience in graphic design role (email marketing platforms experience preferred) • MS Office experience; Proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress preferred but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational skills • Ability to collaborate, coordinate, and work with a diverse team • Significant creativity • The ability to easily shift priorities and manage expectations accordingly while under pressure to meet deadlines • A self-motivated, proactive thinker with strong interpersonal, communication, and creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and multitask with extreme attention to detail • Ability to understand production process relating to print (brochures, advertising, displays) and digital media (e-mail, website, PHP web applications, automated email marketing, etc.) Mission Statement of Tucker Advisors: Experience: • Graphic design: 3 years (Required) • Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (Required) • HTML / CSS / WordPress: 1 year (Preferred)
