The position is responsible for assisting in the production of marketing materials for University Advancement, Arts Events, Student Activities and Academic Programs. Assists in the production of marketing materials for University Advancement, Arts Events, Student Activities and Academic Programs. May be required to work with outside vendors, contractors, and freelancers to complete jobs as needed. Detail orientation in all aspects of design production - including ability to proofread and examining press proofs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
