Graphic Designer

As a key member of the Americas Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), the Graphic Designer on the Capital Markets team is responsible for the development of marketing materials to effectively showcase and market investment properties for sale. Responsibilities: • Executes the strategic vision of property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, Marketing partners and COE team leadership • Responsible for providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under tight deadlines • Design and format marketing materials including property brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, brokers opinion of values (BOV), presentations, and other graphics in a highly efficient manner • Comfortable developing bespoke brand styles and visual designs as well as working on templated deliverables • Oversee all creative aspects of production and quality control, communicating progress to Marketing Specialists and liaising with Marketing leadership as needed • Demonstrate a high level of production skill and understanding of the creative process • Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department.
