The Graphic Designer will advance the success of Metro and support the Strategic Plan through creative graphic design and execution. • Support community outreach in production of external communications needs, including copy writing when necessary (posters, flyers, promotional materials, etc.) • Support digital communications in production of all communications needs, including basic copywriting when necessary (email and social media headers, etc.) • Confer with internal clients to discuss and determine layout design, creative approach, etc. • Prepare illustrations or rough layouts of material, discussing them with clients or supervisors and making requested or necessary changes • Revise bus schedules quarterly or more frequently as necessary, including making all revisions, changing or drawing new maps, adding all timepoints, transfer points, and needed footnotes.
