The Graphic Designer role is a non-exempt, salaried position that is responsible for assisting in the creation and development of graphics for (but not limited to) website, social media, PR messaging, events and print collateral. Duties/Responsibilities: • Assist in setting brand standards and ongoing development • Creation of print and digital collateral pieces • Creation of digital advertising and website assets • Partnering with team members and key stakeholders to ensure concepts are in-line with brand standards and ideology • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements • Develop ongoing assets for various formats on a monthly basis – print and digital “You are not required to disclose information about physical or mental limitations that you believe will not interfere with your ability to do the job.
