Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to translate business and brand objectives into compelling, effective solutions, and the application of your design and production mastery to a wide variety of print, digital, and environmental assignments. It is strongly preferred that the candidate be located in or near Wilmington, NC and they will work a hybrid workstyle with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office. Include a maximum of 5 work samples which best demonstrate your skills) • Experience as a professional designer in an agency or in-house environment (includes internships) • Proficiency with industry standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft software • Experience with digital prototyping in Figma • Proven ability to contribute to all stages of the creative development process from concept, design and final production • Mastery of design fundamentals, advanced aesthetic and conceptual skills • Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to deliver and apply constructive creative feedback • Acute attention to details, process, budgets, and on-time delivery of projects Humana offers a variety of benefits to promote the best health and well-being of our employees and their families.
