Overview:** Saint Louis University is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in the Office of Admission. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, creating, and delivering layout design for prospective undergraduate and graduate print and digital communications. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the Office of Admission and University brand... standards while working closely with the communication team to develop a wide range of marketing materials. **Responsibilities:** • Work closely with communication team directors and copywriters to develop brochures, booklets, flyers, graphics, promotional materials, and more for prospective students and their parents • Develop and manage production schedules for assigned projects and work with external vendors • Use a web-based project management system to contribute to and manage projects • Use a web-based customer relationship management system to manage communication • Collaborate with staff from the Office of Admission, the Division of Enrollment Management, and other areas of the University to support layout and design needs • Help develop a comprehensive, integrated admission marketing plan for the University, including themes • Perform other duties as assigned • *Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of relevant work experience • Interpersonal/human relations skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Cloud applications) and technologies • Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks while under pressure and to meet deadlines • Resourceful, creative, and self-motivated • Collaborative and cooperative approach to coworkers • Ability to adapt to work environment changes and relate to a diverse population • Ability to manage internal stakeholders • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service • *Benefits:** • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work for a world-class Catholic university • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Possibility of remote work options (up to two days per week) • Access to state-of-the-art design software and technologies • Professional development opportunities • Equal opportunity/affirmative action employer with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
