Your Experience Includes: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar field required • 1-2 years previous graphic design experience required • Strong portfolio of work showcasing both print and digital projects • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and any other relevant tools with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and color • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Basic photography and retouching skills and video editing skills preferred • Experience working within brand guidelines • Ability to effectively manage time, competing priorities and workloads in a fast-paced environment • Must be capable of working independently, with strong organizational skills, as well as collaboratively, and take a proactive approach and anticipate needs • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse individuals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Loews Hotels & Co standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
