Graphic Designer

What You'll Be Doing: - Create visuals to support public involvement and communications for diverse transportation projects - Develop content for monthly social media calendars including graphics and motion graphics - Create meeting materials including project display boards, presentations, handouts, signage and more - Develop a variety of collateral materials including handouts, fliers, postcards, website graphics, charts, tables and more, adhering to brand standards - Create unique logos and brand standards - Assist in proposal development including layout and supporting graphics - Meet deadlines while working in a collaborative environment What Required Skills You'll Bring: - 4-year degree or associates degree in design, visual communications or related field or completion from an accredited design/graphics course - 2+ years of related design experience - Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator - Demonstrated creativity and professionalism and strong organizational skills - Ability to distill complex ideas into compelling visuals - Strong knowledge of design principles and print and digital standards What Desired Skills You'll Bring: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality work - Exemplary professional attitude and demonstrated ability to exercise excellent customer service and support - Collaborative attitude is a plus as you work closely with the public involvement team - Experience working in public sector communications and graphics is highly desirable - Experience with transportation and/or other large infrastructure projects desirable Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/None This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
