Description: • Graphic Designer passionate about digital campaigning and exploring new brand directions • Concept, design, and produce digital, consumer-facing campaigns—from on-device banners to email and web heroes... • Create campaigns for evolving performance needs—banner ads and paid social • Partner productively with copywriting partners on campaign work • Understands A/B testing and can create work with that in mind • Produce digital assets used for etail channels • Work cross-functionally with fellow creatives and stakeholders to develop graphics that exceed brand design standards • Translate brand requirements into thoughtful designs that push the brand forward • Manage timelines and workload effectively • Present work confidently to creative director, and executives as needed • Possess a great attitude, be highly collaborative, and enjoy a dynamic working environment Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years as a graphic designer with an emphasis on designing for marketing • Portfolio that demonstrates campaign work in various digital channels • Exceptional attention to detail required and experience with high-volume • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign required) • Strong knowledge of digital design, typography and information design are essential • Expertise in performance & CRM creative—banners, social and email—and how to translate design across those channels • Digital Illustration skills a plus • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent Benefits: • healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) • life, accident, disability benefits • parental leave • wellness benefits • paid time off
