Graphic Designer

Brinker Design is a full-service marketing and graphic design agency located in Cincinnati, OH. We provide small to medium sized businesses with the support of an experienced marketing and creative team for a fraction of the cost of a single employee. The role of Graphic Designer will work hand-in-hand with the owner/creative director across a wide variety of projects and mediums. • Have a strong eye for design • Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of specialized graphic and/or illustrative materials for both print and digital production • Have the ability to translate content across multiple channels, both print and digital • Assist in photography, video production, and copywriting • Ability to problem solve and show thought leadership • Maintain strict timelines and budgets • Clear and responsive communication • Willingness and readiness to learn • Ability to think strategically • Works well independently • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with others • Minimum 2 years of experience • Link to portfolio with work samples across a variety of media • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Strong communication, both visually and verbally • Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while ensuring attention to detail • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn • Web design experience is a plus • Video editing and/or animation experience is a plus • Own a laptop with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office installed
