Graphic Designer

We are in search of a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in the wholesale distribution industry, based in Fairfield, Connecticut. This role primarily involves creating and managing designs across various mediums such as digital, ecommerce, social, retail, and packaging. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead a junior designer and contribute to the overall visual aspects of our brand.Responsibilities:• Develop and execute designs for various mediums including digital, ecommerce, social media, retail, and packaging.• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing designs.• Create and manage brand awareness campaigns through the use of design.• Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures and advertisements.• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with the company's brand and mission.• Oversee the work of a junior level designer, providing... guidance and feedback to ensure quality and consistency.• Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to ensure the company's designs remain fresh and engaging.• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.• Work closely with other departments to understand their design needs and translate them into high-quality visuals.• Continually enhance technical and design skills to ensure professional growth and contribution to the company's design efforts
